PRIVACY AND DATA
Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Speedaily Sales Lab provides AI-assisted calling, campaign, lead, and conversation-management tools for businesses. This policy explains how the Speedaily Agent mobile app and the Speedaily Sales Lab web service handle information.
Unfinished forms may be saved locally, scoped to your account and workspace. Website drafts stay in the current browser tab; Android drafts are retained on the device for up to seven days. Saving a record or signing out clears the corresponding local drafts. Do not enter passwords or API keys in business briefs.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, work email, password hash, workspace membership, preferences, and authentication records.
- Business and contact information: leads, phone numbers, company details, notes, tags, campaign settings, and information uploaded by workspace users.
- Conversation information: call status and timing, transcripts, recordings when enabled, summaries, outcomes, qualification details, and follow-up actions.
- Technical and security information: request identifiers, device or browser information supplied in network requests, audit events, IP-derived security data, and error logs.
- Billing and usage information: credit balance, charge records, call duration, and transaction references. We do not collect full payment-card details in the app.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, place and monitor authorised calls, generate transcripts and business insights, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, calculate usage, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We send only the information needed to infrastructure and calling providers that process data for the service, including telephony, voice-AI, cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, monitoring, and database providers. Call recipients may receive the caller identity and conversation content selected by the workspace. We do not sell personal information. If you allow optional advertising measurement in the Android app, Meta receives the limited app events and device information described below.
Product activity and optional advertising measurement
We record signed-in product activity such as account creation, sign-in, screen categories, foreground activity, and business actions to operate, support, secure, and improve the service. Platform administrators can view these records. Screen activity does not contain form contents, full URLs, lead contact details, or conversation contents. Detailed product activity is retained for up to 90 days; separate business, security, and billing records follow the retention rules below.
Advertising measurement is optional. When you allow it in the Android app, the Meta SDK may receive app activation, registration, checkout, and verified live purchase events, timestamps, technical device information, app identifiers, and advertising or app-scoped device identifiers. This helps measure and optimise our advertising. We do not include names, emails, phone numbers, lead lists, recordings, transcripts, passwords, or payment-card details in our event payloads. Meta may combine this information with other information under its privacy policy. You can decline without losing access and turn measurement off in Settings / Security. Turning it off stops new event collection by this integration; it does not recall information already received by Meta. Contact us about deletion requests.
Recordings, transcripts, and consent
Workspace owners must have a lawful basis and any required consent before uploading contacts or recording calls. Recording availability depends on workspace configuration and the calling provider. Users should follow local telemarketing, do-not-call, and recording laws.
Security
We use transport encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, scoped workspaces, audit records, and restricted provider credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, the user profile and access credentials are removed or irreversibly anonymised. Limited business, billing, security, and audit records may be retained where another workspace member needs them or where required for fraud prevention, disputes, or law. We delete or anonymise retained personal information when that purpose ends.
Your choices
You can update profile and notification settings, manage leads and call records available to your role, and request account deletion. To delete your account, follow the steps on the account deletion page or open Settings → Security in the mobile or web app.
Children
The service is designed for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.

For privacy or data-protection questions, use the support contact shown in your Speedaily Sales Lab workspace. A dedicated support address will also be published in the Google Play listing.
